If We Make Changes to
Your Booking
Sometimes your car
rental supplier or we can make changes to your rental booking, in such cases;
we will advise or inform you as soon as possible. If any such changes are not
acceptable by you, you will be refunded the deposit amount made at NAISHA
Enterprise Ltd. org. However, in any such situation, we hold no extra liability
in terms of any direct or indirect loss suffered by you as a consequence of
such changes.
Naishaenterprise.org reserves
the right to terminate the contract at any point of time by duly informing the
customer along with the reason which can be, but not limited to, technical /
system error or due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Documentation
While making a
booking, you should provide us with all the necessary details such as flight
number, local address and phone number, as well as the arrival time at the time
of booking. Once the booking is accepted, you will receive your rental voucher
within 4 hours of your booking request.
Payments & Deposit
No card! No booking!!
As we do not accept
Cash Payment for booking, we always prefer electronic payments through our
website’s secured integrated payment systems. We accept all major credit cards,
including American Express, Discover/Novus, MasterCard, and Visa. Debit cards
branded with the Visa or MasterCard logo are also valid forms of payment. All
credit card communications utilize HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol over
Secure Socket Layer, or HTTP over SSL) which encrypts sensitive information.
If you want to make a
reservation without a credit card and you no longer need to rent, please cancel
your reservation as soon as possible before your scheduled pick-up time.
The renter will have
to pay the extra fuel and waiting charges to our vehicle drivers on cash only.
Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel your
reservation on Naishaenterprise.org as long as you have confirmation number for
the reservation. The confirmation number is provided to you at the completion
of your online reservation. The number is an 8-digit code followed by two
letters and one more number, totaling 11 alpha/numeric characters. Please be
sure to enter that information in the View, Change or Cancel an Existing
Reservation page. If you don't have the confirmation code, canceling is not
possible.

You may cancel up to
48 hours in advance of your designated pick-up time without penalty.

If you cancel less
than 48 hours before your pick-up time, Tk.250 fee will be assessed.

If you cancel less
than 24 hours before your pick-up time, Tk.500 fee will be assessed.
Once cancelled
successfully, we will credit you within approximately 7 business days. After
deducting the cancelation fees Credits will be applied to the same card with
which you prepaid.
No Show Policy
No refund will be
issued in a case of No Show.
